10 months today & Matilda's first meal out to celebrate. Late lunch of Mexican rice and beans and potatoes at Marinitas. She likes it SPICY! Is this kid PROUD of herself or what?! Time to get some proper trainers on those little feet. Matilda's first little cold this week did not stop her from exploring the house with her new wagon - her dog Pirate, a book about bugs, and a green ball were along for the ride. Introducing... The Infantiles DEBUT ALBUM in stores and online NOW! Rolling Stone February 6th, 2010: "This singer-songwriter duo is ahead of their time, evoking a more simple time with their joyful, candid and chaotic chords and percussion. Don't be fooled by the arrhythmic structure of their songs, the finesse in restraint is calculated. The musicians' own awe in their (seeming) discovery of the instrument for the first time will transport you to a forgotten era. Revel in the dulcet infancy, and happy companionship of these NorCal friends, Rex's thoughtful guitar is complemented perfectly by Matilda's throaty vocals. Potential for growth - astronomical. These two are going to be 'SOOOoooOOo BIG' some day. You heard it here first!" I think one of these people may like cycling and its accoutrements a liiiiittle bit more than the other... amirite? |
